RECOGNITION
In addition to the recognition listed with the individual items, as
a sponsor your company will receive:
- Your company’s logo on the sponsorship page of the Program Book.
- Your company’s logo and recognition on the GEO India 2008 website.
- Your company’s name on sponsorship banners, signage and posters prominently displayed at the event.
Abstracts CD

An electronic version of the technical program abstracts, this item is also distributed to every professional delegate. Your company name and logo will appear on the CD label and exterior cover.
Technical Program Audiovisual Equipment and Services
US$15,000
GEO India’s cutting-edge presentations are not possible without projection and display technology and services.
Your company’s name and logo will be recognized electronically in each session hall and on signage in the poster presentation area.
Computerized Registration
US$25,000
Registration for the conference and exhibition will be carried out through the GEO India 2008 official web site, with all delegates, visitors and exhibitors registering online, or the first page of the registration section of the web site with a link to the sponsor’s web site. The delegates present this sheet with sponsors logo and bar code at the conference registration desk where it is scanned to produce the delegate badge. On completing online registration delegates print out an A4 sized confirmation page, which includes a unique bar code and the sponsors’ logo.
The sponsor’s logo will also be displayed prominently in a banner at the conference registration. It will also be printed in the hard copy of the technical conference programme.
Conference Briefcase

Program Book

This official guide includes the official conference schedule and delegate information, technical presentation times, and letters of welcome by various dignitaries and is given to every professional registrant. Your company’s name and logo will be featured on the front cover.
Internet Café

In today’s world, it’s imperative to stay connected. Delegates using the internet-accessible computers in this special area will see your company’s name and logo prominently displayed.
Lanyards

The sponsor has the opportunity to provide lanyards with corporate identity for all visitors, conference delegate, speakers, VIP’s and visitor badges. These will be distributed to all delegates and visitors at the GEO India 2008 registration areas.
Signage
US$10,000 - Taken by ENI
Your company name and logo will be on all temporary directional signs on site, inside the Expo XXI, Exhibition Hall and Conference location.
Transport
US$ 12,000
Buses will be made available to delegates and exhibitors attending GEO India 2008 at Expo XXI between Greater Noida and New Delhi on a regular and timely basis. Banners and advertising on the side of the vehicles will be an effective way to generate publicity and exposure for your company.
Coffee / Snack Breaks
US$7,000 per day or
US$18,000 for three days
Your company and its logo will be recognized at the sponsored catering points by means of a large suspended banner for each day of your sponsorship and credit given in the Program book.
