An electronic version of the technical program abstracts, this item is also distributed to every professional delegate. Your company name and logo will appear on the CD label and exterior cover
Audiovisual Equipment and Services	US$15,000
MEOS cutting-edge presentations are not possible without projection and display technology and services. Your company’s name and logo will be recognized electronically in each session hall and on signage in the poster presentation area.

Delegate Bag Taken by Saudi Aramco	US$35,000
Your company’s logo will appear on this item which will be carried by an anticipated 1,500 conference delegates long after the event has concluded.
Preliminary & Final Conference Program	US$10,000
This official guide includes the official conference schedule and delegate information, technical presentation times, and letters of welcome by various dignitaries and is given to every professional registrant. Your company’s name and logo will be featured on the front cover.
Internet Café	US$15,000
In today’s world, it’s imperative to stay connected. Delegates using the internet-accessible computers in this special area will see your company’s name and logo prominently displayed.
Lanyards Taken by Saudi Aramco	US$5,000
Supply lanyards with your company's logo. These will be distributed to all delegates and visitors at the MEOS 2007 registration areas.
Registration Taken by KPC	US$25,000
Online & Onsite based registrations, banner advertisements at registration desks and much more. All registration for the conference will be carried out through the MEOS 2007 official web site with delegates paying by credit card where the sponsor's corporate identity will be prominently displayed. On registering, delegates are required to print out their confirmation sheet which includes a barcode which is scanned at the registration counters at the Exhibition Centre to print the delegate badge. The sponsor's logo will also be displayed prominently in a banner at conference registration as well as on the registration page (with a link to the sponsor's web site) on the web site registration page. It will also be printed in the hard copy of the Technical Conference Programme.
Signage Taken by SHELL	US$9,000
Your company name and logo on all temporary directional signs inside the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre.
Delegate/Attendee Coach Service	US$20,000
Sponsor the six coaches that will transport delegates / attendees between the 6 main official hotels and MEOS 2007. These will allow delegates to travel to and from the conference sessions Sunday through Wednesday free of charge. Your company will be allowed to advertise on the sides of all six coaches and provide literature that will be placed on all passenger seats, for each journey.
CATERED EVENTS
Coffee/Snack breaks Monday taken by KUWAIT ENERGY Tuesday & Wednesday taken by MEDCO ENERGI INTERNASIONAL TBK	US$9,000 per day
Your company and its logo will be recognized at the sponsored catering points for each day of your sponsorship.

Delegate lunches are offered each day in a special VIP area of the conference centre to all delegates. Your company’s logo will be prominently displayed on signage at the event and on the official invitations in the delegate packs.
CONFERENCE CLOSING CEREMONY AND PRIZE DRAW	US$10,000
As MEOS 2007 closes, all delegates will be invited to attend a short ceremony and will be entered into a prize draw.

General Support	US$1,000 and up
Show your support of the Middle East and MEOS 2007 by contributing to the conference’s general fund. All monies contributed will go to offset conference expenses.
